You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

Keep in mind that we cannot make exchanges or returns on any items that have been washed, worn, or damaged via cat, dog, turtle, goat, giraffe or any other animal or odor. Trust us, we know.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Once we receive the item, we will process it and refund you or send the new items. Some items are limited by nature and we may not be able to make an exchange.
